Best friends Ty and Josh founded Prestige Power Washing in 2017 on the opposite idea: match the method to the material. Roofs and siding get a gentle, no-pressure soft wash with the right cleaners; concrete, brick and hardscape get the pressure they can take. The result is a house, driveway or deck that looks brand new — with nothing damaged along the way.

Ty or a lead tech comes out, looks over the surfaces, and talks through what you want cleaned — house, roof, driveway, deck, patio, or all of it. As Mike Summerlin's review puts it, we choose 'the best cleaners for each surface for optimum cleaning.' You get a clear, no-obligation estimate for the actual job.

Soft wash or pressure wash — matched to the surface
On the day, we pretreat and soft-wash the delicate surfaces — roof, siding, screened porches, Trex and composite decking — and bring higher pressure to concrete, brick and hardscape. The right chemistry and the right pressure for each material, so everything comes clean without a mark.

Walk it, love it
We walk the finished job with you and don't leave until it's right. Customers tell us their driveway and patio 'look brand new' and their house was left with 'no hint of dirt or pollen' — and they book us back for the next area. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
