Our signature service. We soft-wash your home's exterior using a low-pressure application and the right cleaning solution for your siding — vinyl, brick, fiber cement, stucco or wood. Soft washing lifts years of dirt, pollen, algae, mold and mildew and rinses it clean, without the high pressure that can crack seals, gouge trim or drive water behind the cladding. Decks and fences need care, not brute force. We clean wood, composite, Trex and vinyl with a low-pressure wash and a cleaner chosen for the material — enough to lift the gray weathering, algae and mildew, gentle enough to leave the grain and the finish intact. What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing blasts dirt off hard surfaces like concrete; soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to lift dirt and algae off delicate surfaces like roofs, siding and wood. We match the method to the material so everything gets clean without anything getting damaged.
Will pressure washing damage my roof?
High pressure can strip shingle granules and void warranties, so we never pressure-wash a roof. We use a true soft-wash treatment that kills the black algae streaks at the root and lets them rinse away — the method roofing manufacturers recommend.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We look over the surfaces, talk through the best approach and give you a clear, no-obligation estimate for the actual job — free. For simpler jobs, text us a photo and we'll get you a ballpark fast.
Are you insured and accredited?

Can you clean composite or Trex decking safely?
